All pricing in this catalog is on an (R).

Preproduction Samples
After the artist rendering is approved, a preproduction sample will be made with a customer purchase order. Once the mold is made, there are no further changes available to the mold. Each piece is hand painted. A preproduction sample will be provided for color approval.

Drop Shipments
$10.00 (R) for each additional location.

Production time
75 to 90 days.

Packaging
Each piece in individually packaged in a basic mailer with styrofoam insert.

Terms
All custom orders require a 50% deposit. Balance will be billed at current credit terms.

Order Cancellation
Initial sketch is no charge. Orders cancelled after more than ONE sketch is created, will be billed $100 (x). Orders cancelled after the mold has been created incure a charge of $600 (x) and any other costs incurred.

Sample Policy
Random samples billed at EQP Net plus freight.

F.O.B Long Beach, California.
